VANS WITH LIGHTS BLACKPOOL RUN 2017 · 14 October 2017

Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

Vans with Lights is a Facebook page created by Ross Bennett for van enthusiasts all over the UK.

The Blackpool charity run started in 2014 and has grown in size every year since.

With over £8,000 raised over the previous years we hope to make 2017 even bigger and better! However we cannot do that without your support.

There will be a large number of vans taking part from all over the UK! All covered in lights and horns, enough lights to rival the illuminations themselves!

The convoy will start from the South shore in Blackpool and go through the illuminations heading north, with a stop off in the centre by Blackpool tower on the way!

We encourage people to come and join us on the night. The atmosphere is fantastic and it is a spectacular sight.

Thank you all for your continued support for our charity drive, we hope to make 2017 another great year.

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
