As you all know the most exercise we do is wrestling our way towards the bar followed by a bit of throwing of shot glasses (well Amjid at least). So doing a 10K is probably gonna kill us all, given this worthy cause and the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign please dig deep into those pockets and give some cash.
