November, November it will sadly soon been December. BUT, before the celebrations galore, we still have the bridge of 'Movember' to cross once more.

Rob, Tom & James will this year be growing the 'Mo' in aid of Strongmen to support the fantastic services they provide men through the toughest of times.

The boys are yet to choose their styles, but that may need to wait until the 30th and see what they have got !!!
