I was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition 10 years ago. It's not been easy, but I've been very lucky to have the support of wonderful family and friends, and charities like The Ann Conroy Trust (www.annconroytrust.org) to get me through. It is now my time to give back; to a charity that has helped me, and to Reaching the Unreached (www.rtu.org.uk) which helps those who have so little and give them the family they need.
