Thank you to everyone who has donated so far - we have had to increase our target as we have received a vet bill for a further £568.26 for post op review and meds for Mia and blood screen analysis, 3 lots of drugs for Casper too ..... Casper meds will be ongoing ....

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for considering helping FFH pay their monthly vet bills. As well as quite chunky bills for Mia, Lexi and Buddy we now also have Casper who has been neutered, had a broken canine tooth removed and due to some worrying seizure like episodes has had a full blood screen, had a few days on calming meds and has now been diagnosed OCD so has some fairly expensive £4.80 per day drugs to help. He will need the drugs for around 4-6 weeks to see if they can help.

OCD is quite rare, thankfully, but tends to occur in dogs who have been abused or neglected as their way of coping with a difficult situation - maybe restricted to limited space, kept confined & bored, teased to 'chase' say a laser pen or simply stressed - shadow chasing, tail chasing, spinning, self mutilation - all displacement activities.
