Those of you that know me well will know that I am not usually the most adventurous of people and am rarely seen without my girly comforts (think high heels, handbags, make up, GHDs and you'll be getting a pretty accurate picture!). So you will be surprised to learn that I'll be leaving all of this behind on 24th Feb for a trek of Mount Kilimanjaro - Africa's highest peak and the highest free-standing mountain in the world! This is unlike anything I have ever attempted before having never so much as even camped outdoors; however it is a challenge I am dedicated to completing.

 

I will be raising money for Save the Children's East Africa appeal. Save the Children's East Africa Appeal provides food, water, medicine and support to the worst affected families.
