Jan 2017 Meryl set up Newbury Soup Kitchen It is a voluntary organisation providing help and support to the local homeless, rough sleeper community and those less fortunate. The primary operation is to expand into a friendly drop-in centre for vulnerable adults who perhaps have mental health issues or just lonely.
