Via Wings is a charity based in Dromore, Co. Down that aims to help people in our community in a practical & non-judgemental way. The main issues we tackle are; poverty (in all its forms), social isolation, mental health, crisis / emergency situations. 

Staff & volunteers have decided to 'fly like eagles' when we ride the fastest ZipLine in the World to raise funds to renovate our Wellness Centre. The Centre will promote well-being and positive mental health and be a local hub for all the community. It will contain spaces and facilities for those learning to live with mental health issues. We hope to offer resources and tools such as therapies, yoga, mindfulness, breathing techniques, aromatherapy and reflexology to aid with everyday struggles and help to coping mental health. 

We believe everyone will be touched by mental health issues throughout their life and we understand that not all mental health issues can be fixed. Through our Wellness Centre we plan to journey alongside people and be a safe space promoting positive quality of life and practical coping strategies.

We are putting ourselves out of our comfort zones to raise funds to meet need and change lives. Individually we can do a little, but together we can do a lot.
