As you all know I have lived with Breast cancer for many years and two years ago I was given the terrible news it had spread to my bones, making it grade 4 and terminal. So I originally decided I was going to apply for the coppafeel trek in Scotland but I wasn’t picked which is probably good really as they have found two more tumours in my hip so I tend to be in pain most days.

So I decided to try and walk over 100k in one month each time I go on a walk some of my friends will be joining me and I will post pictures to prove I’m doing it. 

Also my Husband and his brother James are taking on an insane task of doing the rat race in Scotland  in September, look it up it cycling mountain running and canoeing  going  coast to coast . And they are kindly also going to raise money for this charity.

You may wonder why this charity but I am a big believer in finding the cancer early can save lives, and you see more and more people now are getting it in there 20,s and 30’s. I was in my thirties when I first found my lump. And no one thinks to check themselves and it’s so important to educate. Read Kris story for coppafeel, 22 when first diagnosed xx

CoppaFeel! are the first UK breast cancer charity to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim to install a new healthy habit that could one day save a life. They are on a mission to stamp out late detection of breast cancer and ensure the nation is checking their boobs regularly. They want to educate people on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, encourage them to get to know what is normal for them and empower young people to have the confidence to see a doctor if they notice anything that isn't right for them.
