I will be volunteering as part of the media team for the Street Child World Cup in Rio ahead of the FIFA World Cup at the end of March 2014. I'll be doing this with my long standing friend Becky Moore who I've worked with since the early days of my career as a runner.

Its really wonderful to be able to use my knowledge of post production and Film/TV to give something back. I'll be helping to amplify the voices of street children through online content created each day using my editing skills and chipping in with the rest of the media team. It will be demanding work but worth every second of it for the difference we can make!

The Street Child World Cup is a global movement for the rights of street children. Their aim is that street children are given the protection and opportunities that all children are entitled to. They believe that no child should be forced to live on the streets.

I'd be hugely grateful for any donations you can make to this wonderful charity!

I'll also be having a fundraiser party in Brixton on Saturday 15th March with an auction which is coming together rather fantastically so please do come if you are free..........more details to follow........
