The odds of getting cancer has increased, with every 2nd person now at risk. 

I met some amazing people in 2019, when I qualified as an oncology massage therapist, both survivors and other therapists. They inspired me to choose a cancer related charity, plus I've lost several people to cancer, friends and family, and I know plenty of survivors. I originally wanted to run and raise funds in my mum's memory, she died in 2005. However, I'd like to make this a joint memorial, as a lovely man, Barney, who I met through working at Cobham FC passed away suddenly, having lost his fight to cancer in 2019. I want to help people like Barney have a more comfortable time and get the support they and their families need during that cancer journey. The Fountain Centre is an amazing place, offering massage, counselling, and all sorts of help and support to patients and their carers.

Updated June 2020 - I'm so sad to know that the beautiful and inspiring Agnieszka, friend and ex colleague (and model for my cancer massage business) has passed away, losing her fight with Mr. C., as she called cancer. As I worked with my lovely clients who are fighting cancer, I always thought of her, I was always hoping someone was helping her to feel better, giving her a massage, as I was doing for others. Throughout her journey she was such an inspiration. Always in my thoughts, sleep tight xx
