I have lived with Cauda Equina Syndrome since 2009, it has completely changed my life. It is a challenge daily but overall I am a stronger person for it. We (Graeme & I) want to take part in 10 Million Steps to raise funds for CES Charity as the support and knowledge over the years has be so helpful. The 10 Million Steps will be done collectively as a group. This is the message as literally every step counts towards the final goal. Waking up after that surgery you dont know if you will walk again and if so the struggle with it. Hopefully not only will we raise funds but awareness for this condition.
