By Donating to Mentoring Plus you'll be directly contributing to the work with young people at risk in B&NES. Mentoring Plus trains and matches
adult mentors with 7-21 year olds in need of support, with significant
education, family, health or emotional issues, helping them to move
forward and fulfil their potential.
The volunteer mentors help young people talk through problems and engage
them in a varied activities programme, from music and drama to cooking,
gardening and sport. The mentors help young people get back to school
and achieve their best. Mentees cope better with emotions, stay out of
trouble and aspire to more. Young people feel happier and more
confident. By cycling BikeBath for Mentoring Plus you will enable us
to train more volunteers to work with more young people in our area.
