Leap into space! Vicky Hoskin drops everything for Copped Hall

Victoria Hoskin is raising money for The Copped Hall Trust
Donations cannot currently be made to this page

Harlow Tye Rotary Club Abseil for Charity · 5 May 2012

Copped Hall is a fine Georgian mansion under restoration. From 1986 a campaign was fought against development and so The Copped Hall Trust was born, saving the mansion and gardens in 1995. The Trust aims to protect the site and restore the Hall and its gardens for educational and community benefit.

Story

In the words of Vic Knope, Chairman of the Friends of the Copped Hall Trust:

On Saturday 5th May (That's this Saturday) Vicky Hoskin, one of the Vice-chair's of the Copped Hall Friend's committee and a very active volunteer, has agreed to do a charity abseil on behalf of the Copped Hall Trust. So, weather permitting, at 4.45 pm in the afternoon she'll drop off the Harlow water Tower near Church Langley, (that's the ice-cream cone shaped tower you see from the M11) and all proceeds will go to Copped Hall.

She's clearly slightly bonkers, because she did it a couple of years ago and it still hasn't put her off doing it again (see the profile picture) but she does need our help. If anyone wants to pledge any support, all contributions would be appreciated.
