We are responding to an appeal to support schools for some of the world's poorest children. The community in Ethiopia has sent us the following message: 

"Thank you sincerely for your interest ... we have two projects that are in need of urgent support and that give vital service to poor children. Education is one of the human rights and the biggest gift that we can give to human beings."

Whatever we raise will go straight to the schools.  Resources are very stretched.  The price of food has risen 50% in the last year.  £20 is enough to give a child a meal while they are at school for a year. This may be the only education they receive.  The sisters are dedicated to their cause and spend very little time promoting their good work, but the reports we have received show that the projects are very well managed with clear targets and evaluation.
