Rebecca and I have nearly killed ourselves to get fit to complete this 100 mile Olympic course.  We can really feel the pain - bum, thighs, calfs and with the Ride this Sunday 29th July it is VERY serious. 

When we entered the Ride we had no idea it was a ride against the clock and at various stages of the 100 miles if you are not up to speed, you get kicked off.  It has been AGONY trying to get up our speeds and we have no idea if we will make it. 

We hate asking you for sponsorship but if you could give even £5 it would be just fantastic and we would be so grateful.  The North Hampshire Medical Fund raises money for state of the art equipment that is shared between the Candover Clinic and the NHS North Hampshire Hospital, Basingstoke plus other hospitals in Hampshire to both diagnose and administer the very latest treatments.  If you live locally please give generously.  It is really important.  The best equipment also ensures the best consultants.
