Ok so thats the obligatory boring part out of the way, I just wanted to take the time to quickly ask for your support in my decision to throw myself off the face of one of the tallest buildings in london (Face first I might add!!) in aid of Guys and St Thomas' charity.  For most of you who know me and know what I like to do in my spare time then this latest facade will come as no suprise! I will be abseiling off the top of Guys Tower (of Guys and St Thomas' hospital trust) which is the largest abseil in London.  Its for a fabulous cause too, and one which I know will touch the hearts of a lot of you out there, so please, just if you can spare a couple of pounds.
