I decided to challenge myself every year and this is going to be the first of many more to come in the upcoming years. I would like to use this as a medium to fund raise for ASHA for education with whom I have been associated for the past 3+ years. ASHA is a fully volunteer run organization striving to help and make a change in improving the education of underprivileged children in India. Your donations will go towards the numerous projects of ASHA across India and help catalyze this change. All contributions, small or big, are welcome :) :)

The funds I raise will go towards supporting the basic education of underprivileged children in India - those who live on less than £2 per day. 

  £15 pays for the education and nutritious snacks for one child for one month as well as textbooks and stationary supplies for the entire year.

  £20 covers all the expenses for one child in the hostel for one month (including the boarding and all three meals every day), pays for their education for one month and will also pay for the child's textbooks and stationary supplies for the entire year.

100% of your donation will be used for these children (NO OVERHEADS!), who are supported by Puvidham, an Asha London supported alternative education school based in a remote village near Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu. Puvidham provides education and hostel facilities to the children of farmers and migrant workers from the nearby villages.
