This is my fourth challenge and perhaps the most difficult trek I have taken on with Cerro Aconcagua being the second most prominent mountain in the world (altitude 6,962 metres - 22,841 feet). Aconcagua is the highest mountain in South America; the highest mountain in the Western and Southern Hemispheres; and the highest mountain outside Asia. I really hope to be in good shape to tackle this. I have been supporting ActionAid for several years and I hope you are able to give as generously as you can as I am really hoping to raise a large amount for this charity that helps children and women all round the world to end poverty.
