My fellow friends and gym compadres!!!!

I would like to appeal to you to take the time to sponsor me the biggest challenges I have to achieve yet.

I have always loved to train, though recently with the support and determination of the personal trainers I have come to work with at LA Fitness, I decided to test myself in the ultimate challenge by cycling the coast to castles fom the 25th to 27th of September to raise money for the much needed funds for Sustrans.

Sustrans is the UK's leading sustainable transport charity. Their vision is a world in which people choose to travel in ways that benefit their health and the environment.

The 200 mile Coast & Castles South cycle route links the Forth and Tyne estuaries, taking in some of Britain's best built and natural heritage, including Hadrian's Wall World Heritage site, unspoiled coastline and the beautiful Tweed Valley before arriving in Edinburgh.

Don't let me go it alone. Please dig deep and donate whatever you can. Remember it does go a long way.....
