Making Me is a not-for-profit Bedford based charity which teaches children how to thrive by focussing on early intervention strategies and equipping schools with the resources to develop emotional literacy and resilience skills for pupils from Nursery to Year 6. With a unique focus on resourcing children with the knowledge and skills to stay mentally well rather than responding to mental ill-health, our approach is pro-active rather than re-active.
