Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My sister's son Mark died of sudden infant death syndrome last year. This lead to Belinda's suicide. Belinda used to run 10Ks and half marathons. The last day I saw her I got caught up in the British 10k as I met a friend for lunch in London. I'd therefore like to raise money for research into SIDS by running the 2013 British 10K so fewer parents have to suffer what Belinda and Graham have gone through.
Those of you who know me well will be aware of my general aversion to exercise & therefore how much I'm disliking the training! Please help me support this charity.
Since August 2012 I've gone from doing no running to running about 20 km (12 miles) a week. I ran 10 K for the first time on 1st January 2013 and hope to complete the British 10K in July in under an hour.
