Dear All,

Thank you so much to every one who has donated to my Camel Estuary swim which took place on 24th July.  I have to say it was quite tough this year (not half enough training!).  It took me over 45 minutes and the tide had turned by the time I got to the last 100 metres or so, it was tough going at the end!  The weather didn't help as grey and windy.

Thank you to everyone for all the messages of support and for the money towards this excellent charity.
