I won't bore you with an essay SO here are a few words...

I… Someway, somehow am going to RUN (not walk!) 10 kilometres on Saturday 1^st May in Regent’s Park in the hope of raising as much money as I can for the African Caribbean Leukemia Trust.

The ACLT is a voluntary charity, whose main aim is to increase the number of Black, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority people on the UK Bone Marrow Register. 

Due to the fact that bone marrow contains racially specific characteristics the chance of finding a compatible donor is that much more difficult.

At present, there just aren’t enough registered donors of Black, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority, but we can change this.

Please donate anything you can via the “donate now” option on my page to support me but more importantly help make a difference.
