On Saturday the 7th January, I'll be setting off on foot from Brookburn Road, home of West Didsbury & Chorlton AFC to the Marine Travel Arena in Crosby, home to AFC Liverpool. A roughly 37 mile trek, I'll be aiming to arrive by (or before) the 3pm kick-off time for this league tie.

I wouldn't usually do this for no reason, so I'm hoping to raise as much as possible for the Manchester Central Foodbank, who provide vital services for many people in the area. In a time of soaring fuel costs, the post-Christmas lull is going to hit the pockets of those most in need, so any contribution great or small will go towards making a difference.
