Several people have kindly suggested I have a "tip jar" for donations to, but I think it's quite important it is clearly seen to be independent of any funding.

What would make me very happy, however, is if people wanted to make a donation to Charity to recognise any value they have received from using  Aptly enough, given both the name and my own interests, my selected Charity is the UK Woodland Trust.  The Woodland Trust manages many woodlands across the UK and supports planting of new ones.  I am a member and I do occasional volunteer photography for them.

Whatever your views on Climate Change, I hope you will be able to contribute to preserving and creating such beautiful places and ecologies.  Any amount raised great or small will encourage me to keep maintaining and developing!

Many thanks

Paul Clark

Paul Clarke - I know you are busy, but HadCrut4 has not updated since 2014.5, and BEST does not appear to have updated since day one. Still use wft almost every day. It's a great service.

Crackerjack tool, Paul. /urlplot/URLGOESHERE/urlend/ in place of /plot/hadcrut3vgl/ would allow substitution of a CSV file for your datasets.
