One year - two big challenges plus a little one!

1) Breca Swimrun

As a team, Vahid and Graham are taking part in an epic feat of endurance, the Breca Swimrun. This is a 38km run plus 6km swim in the heart of the lake district. 2km vertical elevation, running in wetsuits, swimming in trainers, this one is going to hurt!

2) Great North Run

Ashleigh and Vahid will take part in the Great North Run. 13 miles of relationship test!!! The aim is for Ashleigh to finish the race without killing her husband, or worse, divorce....

3) Colour Run

Ashleigh and Vahid will do a little tester in May. 5km race / funky colours / lots of fun :)
