It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.

Story

<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>A team from Wates Construction in conjunction with one&nbsp;of&nbsp;our supply chain partners (MV Kelly) will be completing the 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for Birmingham Childrens Hospital.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">The team will consist of Alex Bleach, Andy Hands, Rob Chittock, Paul Herd, Tim Russell, Simon Neath and James Freeth.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p>There will also a team from Wates Construction (Coventry Schools)&nbsp;and Wates Living Space completing this challenge.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The 3 peaks challenge involves climbing to the summit of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden within a 24 hour period.&nbsp; We will be completing this&nbsp;between the 16th and 17th September 2011.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This will be a big challenge for our team keeping up with Rob 'the ironman' Chittock as we climb the mountain, so please dig deep to sponsor us for this worthwhile cause.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;Further details on Birmingham Childrens Hospital can be found at <strong><a href="http://www.bch.org.uk">www.bch.org.uk</a>.&nbsp; (No donations will be used for funding this events.&nbsp; All costs are met by the individuals and MV Kelly).</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Should you rather make a donation in person please contact one of the team on 0121 423 2323.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
