Story

I've made the somewhat questionable decision to abseil Broadgate Tower in support of Richard House Children's Hospice.

Richard House Children’s Hospice supports children and their families in East London to lead as happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition.

From the moment a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, everything changes. And these changes affect the whole family, which is why we feel it is vital to provide not only care to the child, but support to the whole family as well.

Our services are there to support the whole family, from residential clinical care, to music therapy to enable a child with sensory needs to communicate through sound, to end of life care with pre and post bereavement support for all the family.

My heart melts whenever I get to meet the children and families that visit Richard House and it's great to see them having fun and creating happy memories together. Your support will help make sure that we can continue providing our essential services for children facing life-limiting conditions and their families.

I've been to the top of Broadgate Tower and can confirm that it is extremely high and the whole endeavour will be extremely butters. I already regret my decision, so please make it worthwhile by helping me raise £540 - £1 for every foot I'll be abseiling!
