Story

Crossing the Oceans to Save the Oceans

SEA LIFE attractions all around the world are pledging a number of miles to contribute toward covering enough distance to have crossed the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans. Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park and Merlin Animal Welfare Departmnet are joining other SEA LIFE attractions to cover 17,860 miles/28,742km, raising money for the SEA LIFE Trust. We are planning our fundraising activities day for Thursday 6th August and you can show your support by making a donation.

We'll be undertaking a variety of challenges on the day including:

1) Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park to Jurassic Skyline Challenge

A 4 mile round trip challenge to walk, run, cycle, scoot, skate or any other way we can think of to get between the two attractions and back again. This will be taking place from 9am - 12pm.

2) Rowing Challenge

We'll be setting up on Weymouth's busy seafront to row, row, row for the afternoon rasing awareness and money for the SEA LIFE Trust

3) Crocodile Creek 'Ride'athon

The Park and MAWD Leadership team will all be taking 30 minute sessions to ride our log flume round and round and round. They will get very very very very wet!
