We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research and to raise awareness.

Story

The Whiston Hospital Gastro team aka, 'The Three Polyps' have entered the NHS fun Triathlon.

We aim to have a bit of fun, get fit & do something good for an important charity in the process.

John McLindon will be starting off with a 400m swim. Having borrowed a pair of Speedo's from Daniel Craig he is working hard to emulate his hero Duncan Goodhew.

Dave McClements has been time trialling to work on his bike and hopes to use the 21km cycle race as a springboard into the Sky Tour de France Team.

Mark Fox will bring the team home with a 5km run.

Many thanks for your kind support.
