We are Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance, a charity providing critical medical care by land and air, across our communities. We’re here when you need us most. But we can’t do this without your help. As a registered charity, we rely entirely on donations and support from our local communities.

Story

Rygor Commercials of Westbury and Rocking Horse Nursery of Melksham are delighted to announce the launch of the all new White Horse Walk in aid of Wiltshire Air Ambulance.

The White Horse Walk will be a one-day fundraising event, held on Saturday 21st September giving participants the opportunity to enjoy a stunning 13.1mile walk through the Wiltshire countryside, all the while raising money for a cause which is intrinsic to the wellbeing of the people of Wiltshire.

The half-marathon walking route starts at 9am at Blackland Lakes near Calne and takes a figure eight course, encompassing both the Cherhill and Devizes White Horses.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a charity that provides an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) across Wiltshire and surrounding counties. It needs to raise £3.75m a year to continue saving lives, but is not directly funded by the Government and receives no National Lottery funding, so relies on generous public donations.
