THANKYOU TO EVERYONE WHO DONATED! Steve has a new group in training now for the next Boxing Fight Night on December 18th!
The Aim:
Our aim is to take a group of people, who have never boxed before, train them for 12 intense weeks to teach and prepare our contenders. After the 12 weeks they will then be matched against an opponenet and get the chance to compete in an unforgettable experience, when they climb into the boxing ring to show off their new boxing skills.
The Event:
The event is being professionally organised and held in Gregorys night club, Nantwich on Saturday 21st August 2010.
This will enable the event to be great sporting specticale for the audience and competeitors alike. The event will be held from 5pm - 9pm.
Tickets are on sale now!!! You can obtain tickets from any of the competitors or steve, priced at £15.
The Training:
Our training sessions happen evey week on a Tuesday and Thursday night at Fitness First, Crewe. The training sessions encorporate everything needed in order to prepare us for the fight. This includes a proper physical warm up, circuit training, endurance fitness training, boxing techniques and sequences, both offensive and defensive.
