Will's Tree top challenge

Will Jackson is raising money for The Zoological Society of East Anglia - Banham Zoo & Africa Alive

Tree top challenge · 6 March 2021

The Zoological Society of East Anglia (ZSEA) is the dynamic conservation and education charity that leads Banham Zoo and Africa Alive! For over 50 years the zoos have sought to amaze and inspire guests who visit, providing wonderful, memorable days out and to share unique experiences with their families and friends.

Story

I would like to introduce myself as I am keen to support Banham Zoo in its endeavours throughout this challenging time.
My name is Will Jackson and I am currently studying in Year 9 at Norwich School. At the moment I am completing the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award which includes a section on volunteering/fundraising.
As I live locally to Banham zoo, I have visited with family on many occasions. As well as being a fantastic local resource and day out, I have felt inspired by some of the conservational work that is taking place there, and given the loss of revenue incurred by the pandemic, I would very much like for any funds I raise to assist Banham Zoo.

My fundraising event will be the GoApe Treetop Challenge at Thetford Forest, this challenge consists of climbing, balancing and Zip wiring.
