William Derek Gwyther

On 10th April 2020, aged 81, Bill died peacefully at The Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, where he lost his battle with his illness. The HDU nurses were exceptional in his final days. To celebrate his memory, I know my Dad would want to support these amazing people helping so many at risk of their own lives right the way across the NHS in the UK.

Beloved husband to the late Maureen Alice Gwyther, dearest father to Ian an Paul, cherished father-in-law to Mara and Nadia, amazing Grandad to Isabelle and Flynn, great friends with Margaret Pykett, Rowland Hardy and everyone at the Over-50 and Tai Chi clubs.

His cremation is planned for Monday 27th April. Only close family will be attending due to the current circumstances. If desired, please donate to my page to honour both my Dad and to support our courageous NHS.
