I think we all wish we could make this world a safer place, unfortunately there are some horrible people out there and the best I can do is to support those who help the vulnerable, give them somewhere safe to go and look after them.

I'll be flipping a 9 1/5 stone tractor tyre (just over 60kg) 50 times every single day in February in the hope to raise £250 for domestic abuse charity MK Act in the hope it'll always be there for those who unfortunately need it.
