The Waterberg Trust cycle ride across East Anglia 2020 · 26 September 2020

The Waterberg Trust funds education, healthcare, HIV/Aids support and other projects that help and uplift the people of the Waterberg in the Limpopo Province, South Africa.

Story

Team Orme at the start line. Battling strong northerly head winds, punctures and many refreshment stops we all made it to Langham by dusk after a 10hr epic!

On 26th September, the dynamic duo, William and James, are off on another 86 mile ride with a bunch of like-minded Cambridge/Norfolk folk to raise money for The Waterberg Trust. Starting at William's Cambridge pad, they are heading north-west to reach friend, organiser and TWT supporter, Barry Burles' Norfolk coastal retreat by nightfall.

TWT is a fabulous charity that greatly helps a vulnerable local population with education, healthcare and making a living that also protects the wonderful rhinos and other wildlife of the Waterberg, a magical and precious part of S. Africa.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.
