This will be the third time I have competed in the Ride London 100. 

Last year I did it in 5:00:20.

This year I would like to break the 5hr barrier.

I am riding for Shelter because the number of people living without secure and safe accommodation has rocketed since the Tory's started attacking the welfare state, and Shelter are under strain trying to pick up the pieces.

They could really do with a couple of your english pounds.

You'd only spend it on booze anyway.
