For one reason or another, a lot of men in my life have had a rough time over the last few years.

It is becoming more and more visible in society and from my personal experience that a lot of men have been struggling with their mental health and not doing anything about it, in some cases... until it is far too late.

So, this ‘tash’ that I have cherished for the last 2 years or so, is coming OFF as part of ‘Movember’.

Anyone that knows me will know how proud I am of this face fluff, so if i can raise a bit of money for the foundation by doing something so simple... why not!?
