I'm running this 10k in memory of my dear friend Grace Hucey. 

Grace was an inspiration to me in many ways. She was a personal trainer, pilates instructor, and ultimately kind, gracious, yet feisty and passionate person. She had a massive impact on my life and my fitness, and was there at difficult times.  She called my daughter Effie her "Pilates Baby".

it seems fitting somehow to dedicate this run to her, and hopefully raise some money along the way. I've chosen Macmillan as this is a charity Grace herself wished to support when she knew of her prognosis.
