Sam and I have both signed up to do the Triple 5K Swimathon in March.  We will both be swimming 5 kilometres on each of 3 consecutive days from 29th to 31st March 2019 to raise funds for Cancer Research and Marie Curie, having both lost family members to cancer in recent years, and to prove that we can do it!!!

We will be swimming at:

Waendel Leisure Centre, Wellingborough, on Friday, 29th March 2019, at 19:00 hours

Splash Leisure Pool, Rushden, on Saturday, 30th March 2019, at 16:00 hours

Harborough Leisure Centre, Market Harborough, on Sunday, 31st March 2019, at 13:00 hours

It would be great to have some friends cheering us along on the day, so feel free to come along to spectate and shout at one of these sessions!

Cancer Research UK is dedicated to saving lives through research. They don’t receive any government funding for their work, they rely wholly on charitable donations.

Marie Curie provides expert care, guidance and support for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. Around 2,100 Marie Curie Nurses work day and night, in people’s homes all over the UK, providing hands-on care to people when they need it most. 

It would be great if you could donate a small amount, but please don't worry if you can't.  We are hoping to raise over £500 between us for these brilliant causes.
