Story

Having canoed or merely paddled about a few times, I felt I wanted to fling myself, diving head 1st into being part of an epic event raising money and spreading the word about WDC and the extraordinary work they do.  Plus... the chance to have a Scottish adventure. However, I won't lie, this is by far the hardest activity I've done, and Scotland being Scotland, the weather will typically be an ever-challenging experience too.  Think I need to work on my swimming skill, need to become a dolphin!

A bit about WDC:

Who Dares Cares has been supporting our Armed Forces, Emergency Services and Veterans, including their families suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), since November 2016. Although the majority of the people we help come from some form of Military background, we are also here to help anyone from the Blue Light Services, including their families, who suffer signs and symptoms of PTSD. This can be anything from trauma to bereavement.
