On Friday 27th March I shall be joining fellow YMCA volunteers in sleeping 'rough' for a night in Brighton.  This is to raise awareness of youth homelessness and to raise vital funds to support homeless young people.  I'm new to the volunteer chaplaincy team at Worthing Foyer and excited to get involved and get to know everyone.

'YMCA DownsLink Group provides services to children, young people and families across Sussex and Surrey. Our purpose is to transform young lives trough positive change. Our work covers a range of areas including accommodation, support & advice, training & education, health & wellbeing and family work.'

Although this will be a personal challenge for me in lots of ways, it is nothing in comparison to the enormous challenges young homeless people face every day - your support and donations are crucial in continuing the work of YMCA DLG.
