My daughter Daisy was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2 years and 9 months. Like most parents our world was turned upside down. We sought information and signposting  from health professionals but Autism Anglia were so critical in helping us implement the practical structure to our lives.

Things we take for granted like the Disability Living Allowance, Blue Badge applications etc. When you are reeling with the shock and reality of your situation, the support charities such as this provide are invaluable. This is just one way to say 'Thank You' and to further the help Autism Anglia can give to other parents and children in need.

Autism affects 1 in 66, it is a life-long condition and sadly we live with the reality that we may not be here to support our children when they are older.
