As many of you will know (and many of you won't) I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2016, which can be a life altering yet manageable auto immune disease. It affects my life in a number of ways, which has been frustrating but has also taught me how to deal with my health when its not on top form and listen to my body. It has affected my voice over the years and one of the next steps is to do a voice rest for at least 3 days - don't worry, I know how much I'm going to struggle with this 😂 So I thought seeing as I'm going to be doing one of the hardest things I've ever done, why not raise some money along the way! 

Lupus UK is the only registered national Lupus charity and I would love to raise some money for them, so anything you can give would be super appreciated and it's always good to raise more awareness for something that's very much a silent disease. 

I will be doing this from when I wake up on Friday 10th January to when I wake up on Monday 13th January.
