I'm taking part in the Virgin London Marathon 2016 on 24/04/2016 to raise money for Sam Beare Hospice and I'd really appreciate your support.

I'm going to be raising money in memory of Merav Tamir-Gedi my wife and the mother to our beautiful children. My family feel a great debt to Sam Beare hospice who helped us in our darkest hour so I hope you will help me express our gratitude and help them help others.

I am also running for Footsteps children group.
Footsteps is a support group for children between the ages of 4 and 12 who have lost a relative or someone close to them. Its aim is to help them come to term with their loss and acknowledge their feelings,and by meeting others in a similar situation, they realise they are not on their own. , 

Training for a marathon gives you a lot of thinking time. Time to remember happy moments in your life. Time to push through tough times so I am also running this marathon for me. Your support will help me beyond what I can express so thank you for anything you can manage.
