I will be running a FUN YOGA CLASS on Saturday  3rd December at 8.30 am - 9.30 am at Zen Yoga,  SE5 8RE with the aim of raising money for our chosen charity Crisis. Crisis helps homeless people rebuild their lives. If you can't make it on that day to the Yoga class you can still donate online here.
