Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.

In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week - Mind.org website. (Mind website)

On the 26th April 2020, I started offering Free Guided Relaxation classes. I completed 10 weeks of free classes, a total of 14 classes during the lockdown. I also offered Free Family Yoga and have delivered 14 classes. In total a total of 28 free mindful practice to help everyone who joined us.  

Prioritising your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health. We believe yoga classes are extremely valuable to everyone; adults, children even your pets during these unsettling times. 

We have chosen the Charity Mind, as we know how difficult it is for people to get access to these services due to the lack of funding. We want to raise awareness and support everyone who may need this service. 

Personally, I would love for the charity to be able to receive PLENTY of funding to get staff and volunteers safely out into the community (post Covid_19) to help people suffering with anxiety and those who may have developed agoraphobia (fear of leaving the house). Having experienced the lack of services available, due to funding I think MORE now than ever we need to support this charity to help then help others. These services help families all over the country, please donate to help them keep going!!!
