My Son Jack was diagnosed with Autism 4 years ago.I'm not here to beg for money or sympathy.
I'm merely just trying to raise awareness for Autism.
So I'm attempting to beat the hour mark when I embark on Manchester 10k May 28th

The National Autistic society do fantastic work supporting both children and adults on the spectrum, but they also support families affected by autism.

Autism is a journey I never anticipated, but it has changed me as person and my outlook on the world!
