My name is Yumika and I'm studying a new liberal arts esque course in London. This Summer I'm going to Costa Rica with Raleigh International on a community project in the hopes of doing some good :)

I'd really appreciate any donation for this incredibly worthy cause. During my 5 weeks in Costa Rica our aim is to improve the community's quality of life by providing and educating the people with sustainable infrastructures. Past projects include building a gravity-fed water system and educating on the importance of clean water as well as building a preschool. It'll be a challenging project, as the 5th week also constitutes of an adventure challenge which will be physically and mentally challenging, but an exciting and successful one I am sure!

A couple of years ago I worked on a conservation project in Madagascar and it was a truly unforgettable experience. I know that Costa Rica will be the same.
